Yes I am tired of that crappy sundown's SWJ, dont even try it, simply does not work.
4 weeks and still feelling the same way...
Look for another brand or for God's help preferably.

Sundown's is the weakest brand you can get....some newspaper did a study a few years ago, it came out with the worst results in terms of hypericin content....
try Kira or Perika

Why don't you also try the help of Dr David Burns and his book, "Feeling Good". I just began re-reading it, and its great.
Everyone's body is different. I've heard people recommend a book by Dr Amen which helps you learn your type of depression and the specific suppliments that might help.
