Anyone know anything about Kira UK st johns wort. You can buy this at Boots. However it is 1 a day & 300mg SJW. Kira in the US is 3 a day 300mg SJW. Or 900mg SJW a day. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Cheers - I am uncertain about this. I was told by Kira UK people that it was equivalent hypericin as the 3 a day - just more concentrated. So there is mixed information about the Kira one a day.

I would say that I have been taking the US version 3 a day and it does seem to be much better. Without any lab analysis it will be difficult to know for sure.
