I recommend this . I used to use Aymoryn and it was doing nothing.
I tried this from a Fitness shop and he also told me to take 2 "Special Two Vitamins" per day. All I can say is I feel much better and so far no colds this year.

Anyone else try this company? I find them to be very high quality.
Side FX: Pea is kind greenish from the multi vitamins.
