Hi guys ,I am from Poland and I got finally amoryn from uk.I don't know what should I expect from amoryn.I am suffering from social phobia and anxiety,obviously i am depressed because of that.I was taking effexor for about 5 months but i couldn't stand the side effects.I am now one month without medication.I tried biofeedback , but didn't help.So i am just about to start taking amoryn.The question is if amoryn cured someone completely ??? I have this stuff for free months , is it enough ??? Thanks for response :)))) hope one day we all will be healthy and happy ;))))))) best regards Macias

I have been using Amoryn and Seredyn since mid-July. I started out taking 2 Amoryn a day along with the Seredyn. I am now only taking only Amoryn once a day. I have to say that this product was my mainstay on my journey back to health. I, too took Effexor but only for two weeks. I instinctively knew that it was not for me. Amoryn has been a great help, along with diet changes, lots of water, exercise and resigning from a job that had given me prolonged stress. (teaching school). I encourage you to try it and stick with it. I am one person who recommends it.

Thanks for reply Antlergirl,I am really grateful :)I have started taking amoryn today.How many pills of seredyn do you take with amoryn and when ,I ordered that stuff as well.Do you have an e-mail? Hello.... I took one Seredyn everytime I took an Amoryn. I took them twice a day. Keep a journal or log so you know when you started taking it. The effects seemed to kick in gradually .... around the second month (or 4 weeks). I do not need to take the Seredyn anymore but keep one in my purse just in case. I take one Amoryn a day now. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of following other good health practices along with the Amoryn/Seredyn routine. .
