I'm taking the 'GNC Herbal Plus Standardized' St. John's Wort. Is this a good brand?

I've been taking the GNC brand standardized extract 500mg for a couple of months. I had been taking a cheap brand before that. And took the dreaded P prior to that. I think that the 500mgs 3x per day seems to work quite well. No anxiety, no problems sleeping.
