hi,i was thinking of trying,since iam not having great success with the 5-htp/omega 3 fish oil.any other people on here that have had good effects from it?i just dont want to waste my money on something that might not work.thanks

kevin, Robo had good +ve effects with colostrum. I also started using it but i think it will take some time..5-HTP did help me a lot when i took with fish oil + vitamins. But i wanted to test colostrum. How much dosage did u take for 5-HTP? i used to take 200mg/day. Probably try higher dosage. It might help.

i was taking 50mg 3 times daily i believe.i just have to find a place that sells colostrum

I personally think that colostrum alone has limited benefits,but used in conjunction with other things can become very useful.
