I searched for Spring Valley in this forum and it was when they were in early stages of taking it. So I was just wondering after taking Spring Valley for a while, did it work? I know it's one of the cheapest brands, but mind as well start low and work your way up, right? I'm off from school for the summer and tend to get depressed during this time because of low social situations. If there is anything better, is it available at Wal Mart? (It's about the only place I shop) I'm 15, so I can't buy online (legally) so it needs to be somewhere I can easily get it. Also, it might not be right question here but I'll ask it anyways, is dosage the same no matter what your weight is? Thank for your time, everybody!

I took Spring Valley for several weeks. It had a good initial effect, then seemed to quit working. I then tried a mix of Spring Valley and Perika, then recently Perika alone, which has seemed best. Perika is available in health food stores (about $13.99 U.S. for a 20 day supply) and online for less. You might give Spring Valley a try. It may work for you. If not, a brand like Perika, standardized for hyperforin, would still be an option. Wish you well.
