Hi everyone
I currently suffer from insomnia and anxiety, mood swings, food cravings and I am looking into 5HTP with Griffonia Simplicifolia that increases serotonin level.

I've looked up the following brands and was wondering which to choose...

Herbal select
Nutravite
Now
Pep products
Natrol

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank-you

Sorry it's been so long since your post; I just came across this board.
NOW brand are all of very good quality; a chiropractor who's extrememely knowledgeable (reads up on all research and only recommends based on sound science) is Stephen Bittaker. His web site, that has discounted NOW and other quality vitamins, is:
