5-htp is working great for me. My depression is much better. it has provided 80 percent releif of my fibromyalgia. This is the second time I have taken it. this is also the second time it has worked great ( I got off it the first time due to heart papatations. I got on it more gradually, and now those se don't exist). The great thing is I have only been on it three weeks and am only taking 100 mgs per day. There is still a great upside waiting. My advice is to stick with it. I would like to see more success stories shared.

How much dosage is needed for Social Anxiety? I have just started it yesterday. Previously i took 50mg perday for 2 weeks but it didn;t help at all and i stopped taking it..After reaading some posts here i thought i should take more and am thinking of taking atleast 200mg per day. Not sure if it is high or low. I want to see how it goes and try to different dosage.
