I have a brand from GNC I just got today that says it's 1200mg but it says to take it 3 times a day.. I don't get it.
Says Hypericum perforatum,300mg of a 1:4 extract, Hyperforin active minimum 3%and standardized to 0.3% hypericin)
Then it has other things like ginki biloba leaf.. etc

So should I be taking 3 caplets a day or just one? I was taking Swiss brand of 300mg 3 a day. I just don't get why this one says it's 1200mg but your supose to take 3 a day? Confusing 8-)
