You may want to have a sleep study conducted. Many symptoms of depression are also symptoms of chronic sleep deprivation. Even those who sleep 12-14 hour stretches can have it. Those who snore have a greater chance of suffering from it. It's when you sleep but not enough oxygen gets to the brain and you never reach the deepest levels of sleep. Sometimes you can even unwittingly stop breathing for short periods of time. As a result, you often feel tired and can have that hung-over feeling because your body hasn't registered the sleep you've had. It's something to talk to your doctor about and then, if s/he deems so, a Pulmonologist. Good luck!
