Hi all,

The manufacturer's website says...........
How many tablets should I take?
We recommend a daily intake of 900 micrograms hypericin (a key active ingredient of St John's Wort) - equivalent to a single One-A-Day tablet, or three of Kira's original formula tablets. This is the dosage used in research. The tablets should be swallowed rather than chewed, and should be taken as directed on pack.

So is this right - or is it three a day as othyer posts advocate.
My head hurts.

I take kira concentrated SJW and you should definitely take 1 a day not 3. If you take the original formula tablets then you take 3 but if it says concentrated one a day then stick to that. Everyone has a different dosage which they can take but don't forget that by taking 3 of these tablets you are taking 27000mg per day and not 900, and this may have side affects in long run such as photosensitivity. In my opinion stick to what it says on the label and take 1 a day.
