Hi,
I just started SJW for first time with Costco's (Canada) "Health Balance" brand. I take it 3 times a day--total of 900mg.
I find it calms me emotionally and helps me keep control over my negative thoughts. So far so good. The only side affect so far has been is trouble in sleeping.
The price is very reasonable ($11 for 180 caps) and they claim it to be double normalized ( which I suppose in english it means the active ingredients are pretty much guaranteed).
I would love to know if anyone else have any experience with it.

I am taking Costco's SJW. I think I am on my second bottle of it since they changed brands. I have found that it works great for me. I also had trouble sleeping at night when I was taking my last dosage in the evening. I read somewhere on here a long time ago that there were people that were taking all 900 mg in the morning, so I started doing that too. It worked okay for me. I now am taking 600 mg in the morning and that is it. If I find that I am feeling depressed or anxious mid afternoon or later I still have the option of taking the third pill then. Very rarely need that.
I recently took a break from Health Balance and tried Luminex brand from Melaleuca. Symptoms started coming back after 3 weeks, so back to Health Balance for me.

Thanks Corrie for confirming that costco brand works.
I was also thinking of taking my entire dosage in the morning to avoid insomania, but I was too unsure of it as I just started taking it.
I will try taking 600 mg in the morning and then 300 mg after lunch.Let's see how it goes.
