Hello,
Ive been trying a walgreens pharmacy brand for about a month, not sure if this brand would be considered an ineffective cheap SJW or not, should I try something else? I havent really noticed a difference yet, but will keep trying. Any suggestions?

I started on Walgreens brand just Sunday night and I may sound odd, but I honestly felt the effects already. I feel better and notice I have a better attitude, but I am still waiting on a month or so. Haven't had bad side effect. My appetite suppressed. I'm waiting for a stressful situation to trully test the quality ;)

I've been taking the Walgreen's tablets for about six months (1 tab. 3x a day). I take it for pmdd and increase the dosage for about a week every month. It's the best cure yet. I always buy it when it's buy one get one free. Last month I ran out of my supply and tried Natures Resource. It did not seem to work as well. Maybe it's the capsule form, I don't know, but I'm back on the Walgreen's brand. Hope this helps. I highly recommend this brand.
