I have tried amoryn for 2 months a few months ago with no possitive results, it just increased my anxiety (took it for anxiety), could another brand like perika or kira work for me?, i mean, has anyone experienced negative results with one of these brands and got possitive results by changing to another of these?

I started taking kira last year but decided to try Amroyn because I saw lots of positive feedback from it all over the web. After only one week I had to give up because the side effects were terrible, it caused terrible anxiety and insomnia as well as depression. A short time ago I tried perika to see if it was any good because it has a good write up, particularly on this site. My experience with perika was bad, it caused me increased anxiety, my nerves were on edge, bad depression and insomnia. I went back on kira and found much improvement. For me kira is the best of these three, it worked very well at the beginning, and even though now it doesn't seem quite as effective as it was then, it is definitely the only brand I could take as it doesn't cause insomnia and actually reduces anxiety and depression not causes them like the other two. I know different brands work differently for every person but I would say to try kira.

yes i´ve heard of increased anxiety in people taking perika too, fortunately here in my country they sell kira, i think i might give it a last shot on SJW with kira, my only problem is the patience, with amoryn i waited 2 long months to see any results and nothing, im also terrified of the increased anxiety, if i decide to take it and it increases my anxiety, i´m not gonna be so patient this time. Hope it helps...if i decide to try

Perhaps you did not stay on the Amoryn or Perika long enough. ON the Amoryn website, it states that the anxiety may increase the first few weeks when using it, but then it will start to go down.

yeah I didn't have any anxiety before I took Amoryn and it didn't cause any more once I started using it, but my friend who also takes it says she felt a little too "wired" during the first few weeks (although it wasn't that bad... she just didn't think it was a good sign). But what you say about the anxiety reversing is exactly what happened to her. She is more anxious than me in general but she was primarily taking Amoryn for her depression, and it turned out that it seriously helped her depression but she also feels quite a bit more relaxed now... she wasn't expecting this after feeling wired in the beginning, so she refers to it as the "bonus benefit". I actually noticed it before she did, because she's usually rather shy and reserved around new people (though I wouldn't say that she had social anxiety, she just wasn't very comfortable), but all of a sudden she was chatting it up with strangers and acting like a social butterfly, which I noticed right away cause it was DEFINTIELY NOT how she acted before.
