I am a strong advocate of "Perika" St. John's Wort from Natures Way. Overall I would rate this as one of the top SJW products on the market. The potency is standardized and the effect is very consistent. I speak from personal experience. Do not waste your time on no-name brands. Try Perika and give it a few weeks before making a final judgement. I understand that there are a few other brands that are on par with Perika. Perika is considered the "GOLD STANDARD" for SJW and is highly used in Germany, however it is branded under another name, but made by the same company. Perika has 3% Hyperforin and .3% Hypericum, both are standardized.

Agree that Perika is excellent. Have used it for more than a year with outstanding results. Best price I've found is at Vitacost.com, especially in higher quantities.
