hi
i am wondering if any of you know of any side effects in taking SJW regularly??
i dont know if it will do anything for me, but should i take it daily anyways??
could it hurt?

Side effects are dose and person (their metabolism) dependent. It has a similar side effects profil to SSRIS but far far far milder for the same efficacy in trials. Going on SJW short term to try it and see how you feel you is a lot less worse than doing the same with an SSRI.
Potential side effects:
dry mouth, insomnia, vivid dreams, weight loss/gain, sweating, hair loss, acne, libido decrease, anorgasmia, loads others. These side effects can be seen in depression and anxiety without medication, but they do seem to occur more on meds in trials.
Most go away (except for weight change and libido change). BTW Happy people have a lower libido, depressives are more sexual, no wonder depression is breeding LOL.
Putting side effects into perspective though, ever read the side effects of everyday pain killers.

so is it safe to use SJW, if im not sure if i suffer from depression? which i think i do, but hope i dont. i wish there was a pill to cure avoidant behavior and social anxiety and all that jazz.... only one i know of is called vicodin

Try sjw I think you will be supprised at how your social anxiety will tend to just go away .
