Does anyone have any experience on brands using this extract? I've noticed that HBC (which claims to be used in most US studies) and RealSJW both use this extract. It this the same extract that is used in Kira? Am I better off with one of these brands than with Nature's Way Perika?

I've tried both Perika and Kira and found them too stimulating - felt a bit wired on them. I'm also bipolar and have to be very careful of this. I like HBC Protocols alot. Much smoother. Plus it's the least expensive. I also take 1 Flora full spectrum just to be sure I'm getting anything potentially useful that's left out of a standardized extract.
