Hi all,

I am considering swapping from Nature's Own (an Australian brand) SJW to Neutracutical Science Instite SJW available via www.vitacost.com as it is significantly cheaper. Has anyone had any experience with this brand? I am a bit reluctant to switch without hearing other people's opinion of it.

Dear Contessa:

I have been ordering NSI brand of St. John's Wort from Vita-cost for many months now, and have had excellent results with it. It's standardized to 0.3% Hypericin and 3% Hyperforin. You'll just need to take two capsules (each one is 450 mg.) VitaCost is very reliable and their SJW is very inexpensive - approximately $8.00 for ninety 450 mg. capsules. I order 4 plastic bottles of it at a time and it's pretty cheap even with the $5 charge for postage& handling. Try it. You'll like it.
