I am beginning fish oil Nature's own brand I live in Australia it says to take 2 tablets 3 times a day the epa is 180mg and dha is 120mg is that a good amount and does any one have any experience with this brand?

I haven't tried Nature's Own fish oil but I have been taking their SJW at the recommended dose for over 2 months and have found it quite beneficial, so maybe their recommended dosage is correct with fish oil too??
