This is my first time, first bottle. Found it at Wal-Mart. Anyone out there know anything about this brand and it's effectiveness?

I had to switch to a new brand when Costco stopped carrying SJW last year. My year's supply from Costco is just now running out. I've been using the Spring Valley brand for 2-3 weeks now and they seem to be working fine. I had to up my dosage of my old Costco brand to 5 pills a day, so I have stayed with 5 pills a day of the Spring Valley pills.

I too just purchased the Spring Valley brand of SJW and have been taking it for two weeks. I think I can tell a difference, but have only been taking 2 pills at night. I think I will increase to three. Are you still taking this brand? Is it working for you?

My husband has taken three brands. Spring Valley works VERY well for him. The other two did not.
