I am waiting for Amoryn to arrive but ran across Clarocet-nri which offers a slightly different blend and potency. Any comments based on *personal experience* on the difference between these two supplements will be greatly appreciated.

have been taking clarocet-nri for some time with positive results,but have not heard of amoryn

I have ordered clarocet NRI few days back. waiting for the product to arrive.

I have extreme SAD and shyness. Will this product releive my symptoms?. Whats your experience on this>,.

My experience with Amoryn

Symptoms: Anxiety and depression
Dosage: 2x tablets a day

1st Week- Didn't feel any effect. Only headaches(drank plenty of water). Threadmill run 15-20 mins. 3x a week.
Scale:(8)Insomnia. Scared of being alone, going out, making friends, easily get frustrated, angry thoughts, anxiety etc.

2nd Week- Still didn't feel any effect. Only headaches(drank plenty of water). Threadmill run 15-20 mins. 3x a week.
Scale:(8) Insomnia, Scared of being alone, making friends, easily get frustrated, angry thoughts, anxiety etc.

3rd Week- Feeling a little effect. 1/3 of the day felt better about self( bright surroundings and peaceful thoughts. Still have headaches( drank plenty of water). Threadmill run 20-30 mins. 3x a week. Motivated to run a little faster than usual. Sleeping a little better.
Scale:(7) Insomnia, Scared of being alone, making friends, easily get frustrated, angry thoughts, anxiety etc.

4th Week- Getting better. 1/2 of the day felt better about self(bright surroundings, peaceful thoughts, tranquil, motivated to work or do things). Not much headaches any more(drank plenty of water). Threadmill run 30 mins. 3x a week. Still the same pace of running. Sleeping better.
Scale:(5)Insomnia, scared of being alone, making friends, easily get frustrated, angry thoughts, anxiety etc.

5th Week- Getting better still. 3/4 of the day felt better about self(bright surroundings, peaceful thoughts, tranquil, motivated to work or go out shopping, grocery, eat out). Still have heachaches some part of the day(drank plenty of water). Exercise 30-45 mins. 3x a week. Threadmill run and weight lifting. Sleeping better.
Scale:(4)Insomnia, scared of being alone, making friends, easiy get frustrated, angry thoughts, anxiety etc.

6th Week- Improving. 7/8 of the day felt better about self (bright surroundings, peaceful thoughts, tranquil, motivated to work, go out, wash car, clean house, go out and talk to friends and relatives, work more hours. Having more positive thoughts and outlook on life. Thinking about going back to school. Sleeping like a baby. And waking up fresh, relax and full of energy to tackle the day. Exercise 1hr. and 15 mins. 3x a week. Threadmill run and weight lifting. Insominia 1x this week.
Scale:(3) Scared of being alone, scared of making friends, easily get frustrated,angry thoughts, anxiety etc.

7th Week-( Starting 7th week. I let you know at the end of the week.)
