I have been suffering from insomnia for a month.
I have been taking imovane.(canadien brand sleeping pill)
I am so afraid of being adicted.
Does SJW work for insomnia?
I am also thinking about taking melatonin as well.
I will open my ears.

I've found that certain brands tend to make me sleepy, but those also tend to be the least effective brands (in terms of curing depression). I've found that good brands, like Kira, actually initially cause a bit of insomnia, which fades over time.

yes and no.Yes,because since you feel better during the day,you're more active,and maybe have a higher positve energy level.
Nevertheless,I don't think it can help against insomnia by itself;you should add something else to it.
I take melatonin,and also valerian,and it's been so much better.I fall asleep almost right away(you have to take the melatonin about 30 minutes before your bedtime),3 mg,and I get a good night's rest without feeling "run over" the next morning.
I think it's a good combination:sjw,valerian and melatonin at night.

Hi pucki,
Which brands do you use for the SJW, the melatonin, and the valerian? Do you take them all at the same time and what form of the valerian (pill or liquid). Thnaks
