Does anyone taking Kira know if its ok to cut the pill in half and take it that way?

I am currently taking Kira but they say you should swallow the tablet whole, do not take in halves and do not chew.

I used to take 1 and a 1/2 pills and cut it in half with no problems...

Is the pill big or something, I was gonna order this brand, but I have trouble swallowing pills?
