Anyone using Amoryn brand? I am a first-time SJW user, dealing with anxiety and depression but mostly anxiety (and bad insomnia). Amoryn also has a little 5-HTP and B6 in it. I started yesterday, felt quite groggy and numb at first...now have a headache. But I guess the first few weeks there will be side-effects?

I've been on Amoryn for almost a month. for the first few days, I got headaches and felt pretty tired. But they only lasted about 3 days, and then everything was fine.

No, I'm not on it anymore. After 2 months I hadn't noticed any changes so I stopped taking it.
