Hello!
I have previously used st.john's wort many times and seemed to work ok. i have switched brands several times and just today i have started a different one. i picked it up in a canadian drug store, 0.3%hypericin and 24% flavoglycosides. the brand is 'swiss' the capsule is 400mg of sjw, ginko biloba and ps-30. does anyone know if this is any good in taking. i have tried many but havent yet been completely sucessful.

Hi. I haven't tried that particular product but have had luck with other Swiss products in the past: a SJW without other ingredients that I don't think they make anymore and a sleepwell formula.

I have recently tried the regular 'Swiss' St. John's Wort extract, and had poor results, but have also found that some with some brands the results can vary from batch to batch...

I know these are old posts.. but since I'm reading them I'm sure someone else is. I just started taking the regular Swiss SJW. I wasn't sure about it when I bought it. I was at SHoppers Drug Mart her ein Canada .. I really should have gone to a health store. Anyway I will report on how it works for me.
