O.K. so here is the deal I am taking Nature's Plus SJW which is an extened release formula, each tab is 450 mg. I have been taking 2 each morning for a total of 900 mg at once. I hav't really noticed any problems, but from what I am reading should I be spreading them out through the day?

I have read that dosages should be spread throughout the day as the capsules are timed-released, so best results are acheived this way although it is no harm to take them all at once.
