I've been taking GNC's brand St. John's wort for 9 days now. So far, I may feel a tiny difference but not much.
Is this a reliable brand? Quite possibly I just haven't given it too much time, I suppose.

I started taking the GNC brand about 3 years ago,cause here in Mexico-City sjw is not as known and popular as in Europe or in the States.So I didn't really have much to choose from;fortunately I can say that after quite a long period of time (as I said,3 years) it has been great.In the beginning I felt a total change;lot of joy of life and enthusiasm.That amazing feeling didn't last that long;but I guess that's just the case with any brand;nevertheless today it's gotten to a nice stable level or peace of mind,,and things don't all get to me in the same drastic way they used to.Stick with it for a while;I can recommend it,I take the standardized brand.

I've suffered from depression most of my life. The days I feel good come periodically. Recently, I decided to try GNC brand SJW -have been usuing for about two weeks now and feel calmer and able to think a little better. I came to this site to find hear from others about this brand too. The dosage is 1,000 mg. I take one in the morning and one at night. I have no side affects. I tried Perika before 3X a day and it didn't seem to help. Would like to hear from any others

i have been taking sjw gnc natures finger print for about 2 wks now and nothing has changed i have been taking 1 pill 3 times a day should i try something else? i used to take effexor and it worked great but didnt want to take it now i was hoping that herbs would be safer. depressed.
