Hi all, im a new user to this site and have found it very helpfull so far. I am about to try St.Johns wort and was wondering which brand to buy (I live in Canada). Has anyone tried Life or Jamason brand? I know Kira is recomended but it is almost triple the price of these two other brands. I checked the label and all 3 claim to have the same ingredients and quantity. If there is other differences in the brand types could someone let me know ASAP. Thanks

I live in canada too and have used costco's health balance brand for last 3 weeks and I dont feel low anymore.Also it is good value for the price and is double standardised. I also take their omega 3-6-9 oil. I feel very energetic and in control of my negativity.
