Hello,

This brand seems to have the same dosage as suggested. Is it best to spread out over the day, or take all at once? Thank you for any advice. I tried prozac for anxiety and pms, but could not sleep and did not the way I did care about a thing!

Thx

I just started the Spring Valley Brand for the first time.
Don't know if it's the brand or just the SJW itself but I have been experiencing shakiness, chest pains, insomnia and mild panic attacks this first week being on the SJW. Is this normal? I also am not taking the full dose (3 pills 900mgs) because the day I did, I was unable to sleep the entire night! I am taking just one pill 300mgs. in the morning and I still get these side effects thru the day and into the night. Should I give it more time? Should I try a different brand?

Cooganbs: You have asked about the Spring Valley brand of SJW: Here is my experience with Spring Valley. I took it for about a year in 1997, and my experience was very positive. It worked well, no problems whatsoever.

I am using this brand also. I'm detoxing off Effexor, so it is hard to tell if this brand SJW is working or not due to the withdrawl of Effexor.
