I have been using lexapro for 2 years. It has worked well, but I have gained about 20 pounds...Have decided to taper off and try something else. Tapering off has been completed and I can tell!! I suffer from PMS and mood swings. I want to try Amaryn but have seen comments re the B6 component-in particular, the 50 mg being to high an amount for the product to work properly. Something about the conversion to Seratonin happening before it reaches the brain barrier...Does anyone know anything about this?

I have heard something about this too, but I'm not sure exactly how it works. I just ordered some Amoryn so hopefully it is not harmful or anything.

How has the Amoryn worked for you? I chiefly need it for mood swings and mild depression - pms. I have tried Anxietol, but have not noticed any improvement in moods... I am anxious to hear about Amoryn or Serenity and how effective they are.

You got to try Amoryn. It is a great supplement. It's a wonder drug. It takes atleast 2 to 3 weeks to feel the effect but its worthy. My depression is gone. Everything feels good again. If I miss a dose, my depression and anxiety comes back but after 45 mins. of taking it, its tranquil again. I've been with amoryn for 7 weeks now and life is good again.
