Hello,
I've just bought Kira LI 164 SJW here in The Netherlands, but am a bit confused about the proper dosage. The package indicates that every pill is standardised on 300mcg hypericin. Am i correct that if i want to adhere to the recommended dosage on the main page(http://www.sjwinfo.org/dosage.htm), i should take 9 of these pills a day(instead of the "official recommendation" of 3, i guess we also have the conservative UK/NZ labeling over here)??

I used to take the Kira LI164 tablets and it is 3 a day you should take.

not sure which Kira you have (i have LI160), but seems to me you should take 3, not 9.
