Hi Guys, I'm having a terrible time swallowing the capsules. Even with eating crackers, oatmeal and lots of water. they still seem to stick and cause irritation after a while. Can someone please suggest a high quality liquid brand? I don't seem to see that Perika, Amoryn or Kira offer the liquid form. I ordered a 6 mt. supply of capsules but now they'll be wasted and I'm afraid of making a second costly mistake. Looking forward to receiving some good direction. (You guys are GREAT here!!)
