I have been taking SJW for a couple of months now...Walgreen's brand. I am happy to be off of presription anti-depressants, but curious about other SJW brands. I would appreciate any feedback from anyone taking a brand that they are totally happy with...I take 4 tablets ea nite. I also don't really want to take a brand that I have to order...via mail! BUT, if there is a huge difference in the way it works, for the better, I would consider going that route. Thanks in advance for replies!!! PJ

i take kira sjw 3 x a day morn,noon and night. I am happy with these ones .Somedays I feel I need a bit more on a particular day, These one s are prescribed in germany where extensive research has been done on sjw. I like the fact that they are prescribed in germany something like 52%on sjw and 2% on prozac.

I have used Kira, as well. I was pretty happy with it, except that it's $13 USD for a box of 45 tablets. Technical Details are below.
Serving Size: 1 Tablet. Servings Per Container: 45. Amount Per Serving: St. John's Wort Extract (Flowers & Leaves)(Hypericum Perforatum L.) - 300mg. Ingredients: St. John's Wort Extract (Upper Parts Of Flower And Leaves); Lactose; Powdered Cellulose; Hydroxy Propylmethyl Cellulose; Silicon Dioxide; Titanium Dioxide (Mineral Based Whitening Pigment); Magnesium Stearate; Talc (Natural Tableting Aid); Triethyl Citrate; Vanillin.
