hi all. im from australia too, its good to hear brands i know.. umn, im almost 18, and taking sjw for about a month, im really REALLY confused with all the dosages and brands.. they all seem to be different.. milligrams, grams, herb top.. !!!! can anybody give me a little bit of advice?
i have been taking 3 herron sjw at night for about 3 weeks and just last night changed to cenovis cuz i ran out of the herron... anyway.. the dosage appears different.. the herron says its 1.8 grams and the cenovis says 2 grams .. and it is of different quality? IM SO CONFUSED.
i dont mean to whinge.. if anyone could offer me some advice or information about these brands or dosages or anything they feel would help i would GREATLY appriciate it.. take care =)

Best brands are Perika, HBC Protocols, Kira and New Chapter. They should be hyperforin standardized and usually the dosage people take is 900 mg. which is usually in 3 pills a day. (I think that New Chapter is only one pill. Perika is the best brand to take if you want to be energized. It's the worst brand to take if you want something that will relax you.
