Hey You Guys!

I was having some really scarey side affects from 5htp so I stopped it altogether. But Dan_alien suggested that I try Rhodiola Rosea (Artic Root). So far the stuff is great. I not only have no side affects but it is a real big mood booster and a good appetite suppresant (the reason for my trying 5htp). It also, apparantly, has a lot of great health benefits. There is alot of info regarding this supplement online if anyone else is interested. A GREAT BIG THANX TO DAN !!

surfingrama, what are the benefits of rhodiola rosea?. why do you take that?

Surfingramma are you still taking Rhodiola and if so what brand do you take?
