Hello i am new here i have been taking SJW holland and barretts 300mg 0.30% hypericins for about 9 months and they have really helped, i got loads when they were on buy one get one free, and it was only today i was passing and noticed SJW were on offer again so went into buy some, the label was a different colour but i just thought they had changed it, it was not until i got home i noticed the hypericin was 0.15% not 0.30%..after checking the on line shop i now see they do two this being the one i got today how would you advice me to take the new lower
hypercin level (there both there same 300 mg )i have been taking three, will the lower hypericin make any differance?
sorry for rambling i am mad with myself for not checking the bottle thanks

Hi Nadia, I know what your'e talking about. I too bought the 0.3% hypericins when it was on offer but had previously used the 0.15% for months before. Maybe it was just me but i found the SJW with the least hypericins better for me. By all means, if the higher stuff is working then stick with it. I found myself getting a bit more anxious on them than the smaller dose SJW. In regards to dose, i took a capsule 3 times a day for these SJW's but am now down to 1 capsule of the lower hypericins stuff.
Btw, have you considered fish oil, or epa? You can find this in Holland & Barret and it is food for the brain that can aid its functioning. I have found it to help and i take it thrice daily.
