i am new to sjw. i have been diagnosed as depressed since i was very young. i am now 23 and my doctor has just now decided to try antidepressants. in the past 6 months i have been on 5 different kinds with different dossage levels as well. he now has me on paxil 10mg. i have stopped taking it due to sexual and physical side affects. i have cronic bladder disease and spent most of my life in the hospital haveing surgery and yes taking antibiotics. i do not want to spend the rest of my life taking prescription drugs. my body builds and immuntity quickly ie. i can no longer take penicillin. are there any suggestions for a brand of sjw to try? I am a canadian, and have previously taking herbs such as kava kava and flsx seed oil. the higher levels of kava kava i found made me ill, my stomach was very cramped and i found i was having very negative mood swings. these were quite noticable by friends and family. any suggestions for an sjw brand to try?

I'd suggest Nature's Way Perika. It's available through Vitacost.com and iHerb.com. Seems to be easy on the stomach compared to other brands (it's well coated and probably dissolves in the small intestine), and has a very good reputation. The best price is from Vitacost ($6.99 for a bottle of 60, which is a 20-day supply).
