"How Much Should I Be Taking" , Mon 16 Feb 13:26

I've been taking ASDA standardised extract 340 mg Hypericum Perforatum providing total Hypericins 1000mg of St.John's Wort. It says one a day but I've heard that some UK brands say the wrong dosage and was wondering if I should be taking three of these a day.
I'm new to this and am getting a bit confused with the dosage.
Any suggestions/comments would be great.
