"Puritan's Pride(HELP)" , Tue 3 Feb 09:50

Hi! Has anybody tried Puritan's Pride SJW? They have a great reputation but is there anything anyone can tell me about their experiences with it? I'm also going to try 5-HTP WITH l-5-Hydroxytryptophan. Anyone know anyting about that? I'm very new to SJW and everthing so any help would be appreciated.

I tried both Puritan's Pride- St John's Wort & Kava & I was very dissapointed , it had no effect at all . Many people seem to recommend "Perika St John's Wort", but I did not try it long enough to give you an honest feedback .
Personally I love Source Natural products , especially since trying their Kava. I buy vitamins , melatonin & other products with Source Natutal brand. Good Luck
