Hi too All!!! I have been taking Amoryn for three weeks now, and as you probably already know it says to up your dose after two weeks to four daily which I am doing now and ever since I did that I have been getting some pretty nasty headaches and I feel more tired than usual. Has anyone else been getting headaches??? Oh yea while I am asking questions I was also wondering what time of day everyone else was taking their amoryn? I take two when I wake up and two more around supper time. Was thinking maybe I should only take three a day and take them before bed time. Just curious about how everyone else is doing on this Amoryn????

I don't think you have to take four a day. Just use that dose if necessary. If two was working for you then just stick with that. My husband takes two a day, and he's pretty big (210 pounds), and it works great for him.

I have recently started Amoryn. It seems to be a new supplement as I don't see much info about it. I was just wondering how your doing and if it is helping you. What are you taking it for. For me, its panic and agoraphobia.
