Topic Title: Perika

I've been taking Perika for 2.5 weeks now (1 in am, 1 in aft., 2 in pm). I feel a bit better, but still don't derive much enjoyment from activities, and still suffer from tremendous self-doubt. In addition, I am becoming drowsy and cloudy. I am assuming that I haven't waited long enough for complete effects, and that the lathargic feelings will subside as my body grows accustom to the supplement. Any advice/comments are appreciated.

I would say to drop the pill in the afternoon. 1200mg may be too much unless you know that is the dosage for you. I had a day or two of fatigue, so I switched to taking all 900mg at night. I still feel a bit sleepy in the afternoons if I'm not doing anything and I'm thinking of dropping down to 600mg and see what happens.

I have slowly begun to feel the cobwebs lift. I've been taking 2 at night and one in the am. That, along with my multi-v, fish oil, and B-vits, seem to be restoring some normalcy.
