Hello All,

Just starting to take fish oils (vege for 20 years - it's a big step!), so can anyone recommend any good ones, I was thinking that these might be good :- http://www.healthyandessential.co.uk/product_info.php/manufacturers_id/10/products_id/64

Any other recommendations? I'm starting off with a low dose to allow my vegetarian body to get used to it :o)

I take the Spectrum Essentials brand (1000 mg gel caps) with great success. Regardless of the brand you select, make sure it's filtered and screened for mercury, lead and other contaminants.
