I take 300 mg St. John's three times a day with meals, 2000 mg fish oil twice a day, and 50 mg 5 htp on an empty stomach at bedtime. I've had great success with this regimen pulling me out of depression (no experience with OCD). I also removed sugar and caffeine from my diet, which eliminated mood swings and gives me significantly more energy throughout the day.
