I first bought solgar sjw '300' standardized veggie caps and try two for a couple of weeks and felt so so. then after reading so much about perika sjw tablets I bought them and switch, try two for about 2 days and feeling dizzy, I just wonder if I made the right choice I know I should try one at a time, they both seem a little different. Is a two brand thing possible 2 from one and one from the other. I want to feel better and not sure which one to stick it out with just not liking the dizziness right now on top of trying to feel less worried.
Any thoughts
