Hi all,
I'm interested in the 1 a day SJW. Can someone please tell
me where I can purchase them for cheap? I considered the
Perika but I really don't like taking 3 pills a day. Hopefully
the Solaray will work.

I bought the Solaray one dailys at a chain store called Mrs. Greens Natural Market in New York. But I actually switched to Perika and take all three at once in the morning. I buy them at The Vitamin Shoppe. Like you I don't want to have to take three pills throughout the day. From most of what I have read it seem it's effectiveness is the same because of the long time it stays in your system. I have asked around on this forum and everybody seems to have their own schedule for taking them. My belief is that they are prescribed as three a day to lower the risk of side effects. But I have had none execept positive thoughts since I started taking them. You can try on your own to see which is best. I switched from the Solarays when they ran out after a month to Perika and it turned out to be a good decision. The Perika deffinatley does more all around good for me. But everybody is different when it comes to which one works the best for them.

stick with what I've been taking. They are the Nature's Way standardized 3x a day. I didn't realize how much they worked until about a month after I stopped taking them. I stopped because I started exercising regularly. I thought that with just that, I no longer needed SJW. Wrong. Regular exercise along with SJW is a great combo. Just thought I'd throw that in there. I hope to one day be able to beat this without having to take anything. Until then...
