I am debating between these two after reading the viatcost analysis and the other at www.aphanet.org . I belive both of them contains 0.3% hypericin, but anyone knows how much hyperforin each brand contains, also, Perika contains Vitamin C, so it seems a better choice.

Please suggest, Thank You!

Also, Perika is supposed to have something in it to keep the active ingredients from deteriorating on the shelf.
