have just started (actually yesterday) taking 1 soloray sjw a day, i took one yesterday and one today, i am very new to all of this stuff, is soloray a bad brand, should i be taking more, how long will it take to effect me? I just want to feel happy,i have been really depressed since like 8th grade, i am now 21...i feel like i havnt had a good laugh in a few years..and i dwell on everything and make everything negative...does anyone have anything to say about this?? :)

Without a shadow of doubt, the most confusing thing about taking SJW is what brand to use and the correct dosage to take.
The sheer number of different brands and combination of herbal remedies can be totally bewildering.
In answer to your question, I would say give the Soloray 3 or 4 weeks at the suggested dosage and see how it goes. If you find that not much is happening, it may be an idea to try a different brand of SJW rather than abandoning it altogether.
As you read through the messages on this Board you will get an idea of the different brands which are available together with people's opinions of them.

They say as long as your brand is standardized to both hypericin and hyperforin it should be effective.
