Anyone have any luck with L-Theanine? Is GABA legal in the U.S.?

Yes to both. I find 200mg of L-Theanine quiets my bouts of anxiety.
If you choose to try it, make sure it states Suntheanine on the label. Some products are just green tea.
Beyond-A-Century sells GABA in pure crystalline form and very inexpensively I might add. beyond-a-century.com will get you there!
