Hello everyone, this is my first post. This site was what got me taking St. John's wort. I have heard all of you saying that Perika is the best brand to buy, but I beg to differ. There is a company called Melaleuca. It is a company dedicated to bringing amazing products to our homes. They sell their version of St. John's wort. It has the standardized amount of St. Johns wort and, it also has griffonia seed(wich is, correct me if i'm wrong, the same thing as 5-htp) and vitamin B12. The first couple of days I took them, I noticed a difference right away. You all should give it a try. Here is a link to a information page:
